| Firefly is a great alternative to the high priced AI (all inclusive) It, however is a completely different environment! Rustic would be a kind way of describing it. With too few electrical outlets my wife wound up drying her hair on our balcony. Steps a bit steep and treacherous coming down for the 'penthouse'. Still a nice place. The 'hot tub' is a residential type spa with a blue tarp cover with water at about 99 degrees. The place calls itself 'nudist friendly' but requires clothes everywhere except the beach and the hot tub. On the beach you may be nude but could very well be the only one who is. At times I found myself the lone nudist and while I did not mind I did observe reactions from those strolling the beach in a range from simple smiles to “oh my God” looks from teenagers on spring break. Amusing to me, but could be rather intimidating for others. Be prepared for reactions from nearly all however, as this is a narrow nude beach on an otherwise completely textile beach. |
