Morningside Inn - Palm Springs |

We have been to Morningside several times over the last few years and must tell you that if you need some "down" time this is the place to go. Jill and Vern are great hosts and go out of their way to make your visit whatever you want it to be.
The inn is close enough to downtown Palm Springs to make walking easy if you don't want to bother with a car, and Vern will provide transportation to and from the airport so that worry is taken care of
We always time our arrival so that one of our first days is Thursday because that is the evening of the street fair and wonderful fresh fruits and vegetables are available. We usally stay in for lunch so having those items make food prep easy. Besides we are from Alaska and are always starved for fresh from the tree/vine produce.
Dinner may be stay in or a short walk or bus ride to the many diverse ethnic restaraunts in the neighborhood.
We love going to the desert because the weather is always good. The pool and hot tub at Morningside make regulating body temperature a joyful pasttime! |
